Peace Arch U21 Evaluations

Coast Capital Savings Sponsorship

Peace Arch Soccer Club and Semiahmoo Soccer Club are pleased to announce a cash donation of $20,000 plus in-kind support from Coast Capital Savings.
“This sponsorship will allow our teams to focus on expanding participation and developing the skills of our players,” said Maeve Glass, PASC President. “This is a great boost for the soccer communities in South Surrey and White Rock.”
The two clubs work together as neighboring community teams to produce an environment that encourages youth in both communities to realize their potential through the beautiful game of soccer. The financial funding and in-kind support from Coast Capital will allow the two clubs to expand their programming and increase participation.

Children’s Fitness Tax Credit for 2009
Posted on January 13, 2010As you may know, the Federal Government had created a Children’s Fitness Tax Credit for certain physical activties. PASC believes that soccer is an activity that is eligible for this tax credit.
Criteria for credit eligibility for the 2009 tax year:
- Registration fees paid in 2009
- does not include Volunteer Fee and any Late Fee
- does include Base Fee, Field Project Fee, any Rep Team Fee
- Soccer activities occurring in 2009
- Children under 16 (born 1993 or later) at any time in 2009
