Fall 2012-13

Peace Arch Soccer Club (PASC) offers a House program for boys born in 1995 (U18) through to 2007 (U6), as well as a Rep program for boys born in 1995 (U18) through to 2000 (U11). New and experienced players are welcome to join the House program. Rep Team rosters will be finalized in Spring 2012.

All Games for U6 to U16 teams are typically on Saturdays; whereas, U17 and U18 Game Days are Saturdays or Sundays. In past seasons, Mini/Micro teams (U6 to U10) have played at South Surrey Athletic Park; however, this is subject to change. With respect to practices, U6 to U18 house teams have one practice per weeknight, typically an hour long. Game and Practice Schedules are not available until closer to start of season because much depends on City of Surrey field allocations and number of teams per age group. After the U6 to U18 house team rosters are developed in August, coaches will contact their players.

Each player is responsible for having his own soccer shoes and shin pads; otherwise, he will not be permitted to play soccer.  Boys who are not registered with PASC are not permitted to practice/play with PASC teams; this is a risk management issue.

Last Day of Registration

Warning: Before its registration closing date, the age group may become full. However, notification of this may not appear on the website and in the online registration until a number of days later. Therefore, if a player’s registration is submitted when an age group is full, the player will be advised by email from the Club Administrator that he is placed on a Wait List.

Base Registration Fee

Family Discount of $30.00 is applied to each family member’s registration fee if three (3) or more boys from the same family register with PASC for the Fall 2012-13 soccer season.

Rep Player Fee (Div 1/2)

The Gold/Silver Rep Player Fee supports the player development model that was developed throughout the previous soccer seasons with the involvement of the Club Head Coach and Board of Directors. The Rep Player Fee includes the rep player’s game-day kit which he keeps, as well as additional professional coaching and practice time slots.

Player Movement: Rep players are subject to being moved to another team during the Fall season so that they are participating at levels where they can adequately compete and have success. Although player movement is unlikely, it may occur. The Club has created a process to ensure that any player movement is fair, open and timely.

Special Projects Fee

$25.00 per registration

This is a mandatory fee that helps fund construction and enhancement of soccer facilities used by South Fraser Soccer Club, Peace Arch Soccer Club and Semiahmoo Soccer Club.

Volunteer Fee

$60.00 per family (details)

Cancellation Fees and Refund Policy

$25.00 per registration — until September 30, 2012

50% of Base Registration Fee — during month of October 2012

No refunds for cancellations after October 31, 2012

NSF Cheques

$20.00 fee per NSF cheque, in addition to total fees owed

Proof of Birth

All players who are new to Peace Arch Soccer Club must submit proof of birth to PASC before the player’s registration is considered complete. Acceptable proof of age documents include copy of birth certificate, passport, baptismal certificate, landing documents or sworn affidavit. Medical cards are not acceptable as proof of birth. Please mail hardcopy document to PASC or scan/email to PASC Administrator.

Federal Child Fitness Tax Credit

A portion of the Total Registration Fee paid is eligible for the tax credit for all boys who are 16 years old or younger during the tax year. Please check the website for details.

Fall 2012-13 Online Registration

Please click on the correct link below, according to player’s birth year, and begin completing the online form. Please ensure all registration information is correct. The primary mode of communication is electronic mail (e-mail).

Send all Fees owing, and Proof of Birth as required, to PASC to complete the registration process. Otherwise, the player will not be placed on a team. Cheques must be correctly marked with the player’s full name and age group.

Incomplete registrations (e.g. payment not received) will not be processed. Registration does not guarantee team placement.

Note: You will receive an automatic email confirmation if the online registration went through successfully. If you do not receive such a confirmation, please contact the Club Administrator.
