Volunteers
Fall Registration
Every family is required to pay the $60 Volunteer Fee upon registration with PASC for Fall Soccer. If there are two or more player registrations per family with PASC, the Volunteer Fee is paid on the first family member’s registration. To avoid paying the Volunteer Fee on any subsequent family member registrations with PASC, answer “yes” to having a Volunteer Fee Credit Number and enter the code “FVF0910″ when prompted for this number.
The Family Volunteer Fee can be “earned back” as a Volunteer Fee Credit when eligible volunteer activities are completed for the Club during the period of April 1 to March 31.
In early May 2009, those families who completed eligible volunteer activities for PASC during April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009 were issued their Volunteer Fee Credit Number for PASC Fall 2009-10. If these families are not returning to PASC for Fall 2009-10, they may send an email with mailing address and full name(s) of players to the PASC Administrator to request the return of their Volunteer Fee.
It is the family’s responsibility to contact the Volunteer Coordinator regarding any upcoming volunteer opportunities such as Concession at the Rotary Field House at South Surrey Athletic Park.
Eligible Volunteer Activities
The main criterion for eligibility is that the volunteer effort must involve at least two hours of activity either in a single act or collectively over time from April 1 to March 31.
